Description
This 1970 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 was acquired by the seller in 2020 from its previous owner of 43 years and was later disassembled and repainted in green with black stripes. Power comes from the numbers-matching 350ci LT1 V8, rebuilt and upgraded by Cropp Performance Solutions in Virginia with Edelbrock aluminum heads, Holley fuel injection, a Howards camshaft, Speed-Pro pistons, and Hooker ceramic-coated headers. Power is delivered through a four-speed manual transmission and a dual exhaust system with an X-pipe.
Factory-style 15-inch Z28 steel wheels with gray centers and polished trim rings wear BFGoodrich Radial T/A white-letter tires. The car features front and rear lip spoilers, chrome bumpers, Z28 badging, and a blacked-out grille. Braking is handled by four-wheel discs.
The green interior includes vinyl seats, a matching dashboard, door panels, and carpeting. Equipment consists of hand-crank windows, a push-button radio, a Hurst cue-ball shifter, and polished door sill plates. A two-spoke steering wheel fronts a 150-mph speedometer, 8k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges, with an additional oil pressure gauge mounted under the dash. The five-digit odometer shows 78k miles, about 500 added by the seller.
